Brent International School Subic warmly invites you to our Parent-Teacher Conferences on Monday, October 5, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. This is an important opportunity to discuss your child’s progress, celebrate growth, and partner with us on next steps for the semester.
Sign-Up Window
- Opens: Monday, September 28 at 7:45 a.m.
- Closes: Thursday, October 1 at 3:00 p.m.
- How to Sign Up: Time slots will be posted on the bulletin boards near the main school entrance. Please select your preferred time(s) within the sign-up window. Lower School sessions will run for 20 minutes, while MS/US sessions last 10 minutes.
On the Day
- Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time to help us keep appointments running smoothly.
- Although not a requirement, we encourage you to have your student attend with you as well.
- If you are unable to attend in person, kindly connect with the teacher directly so you can explore alternative arrangements.
- Lower School conferences will be held in specific Homeroom classrooms, and Middle School/Upper School conferences will be held in the MPH.
