The BRENT International School, Subic clinic is located in the nurses' office, room A-2. The clinic is staffed from 7:30 am – 6:30 pm by a professional nurse who is prepared to assist with emergency cases requiring first aid. Students and staff are required to sign in when they visit this office. The nurse also offer referral services to local physicians and hospitals for students and faculty requiring additional care.

Q. When should I keep my child home from school?
A. Please keep your child home for any of the following:
- fever
- vommiting
- diarrhea
- any recommendation from a doctor to do so
Q. My child is not feeling well, can he/she skip PE or swimming?
A. With a few exceptions, if a student is well enough to come to school then they must participate in all of their classes including swimming and PE.
If they are not well enough to participate in swimming and PE then they should go home.
If a student is injured or has any medical problem and cannot participate in PE they must have a note from the doctor.
Q. Is it safe to get more than 1 immunization shot at a time?
A. Yes, it is recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics to get the Polio, DPT, and MMR on the same day. It is not healthy for the child's immune system to get one shot then wait a week and get another.
